Senior Lawyer
Linda has worked as a commercial property lawyer for over 10 years advising government departments, large and small corporations, developers and banks on abroad range of commercial property transactions. Linda has worked on matters involving acquisition and disposal of strata, commercial and retail leasing and licensing, sales and advising on general property issues.
Linda manages Jackson Lane’s conveyance practice representing clients in residential and commercial purchases, sales and leasing agreements.

Principal Town Planner
Jack over has ten years of experience as a town planner, with time spent both in the private sector and as a statutory planner in local government.
Jack has acted for both public and private clients in all number of matters, including planning permit applications, enforcement proceedings and VCAT and Planning Panel proceedings. Jack specialises in advocacy and has extensive experience as an advocate in all manner of hearing forums.
Section 173 Manager
Lucinda brings more than 20 years’ experience in Section 173 Agreements. Her deep knowledge in this area combined with an understanding of planning and property law, enables Lucinda to work effectively with clients from application through to enforcement orders.
